And 20 bucks. New set of towels from my dad with a horse on each of them! So cute okay! Lol. Last year it was teddy bears.

Spent 6 days at Sydney, Australia with my aunts, mum, cousin and bro. One word to describe it, TIRING. One expression to describe it, SIGH.

First Day

The first day was very funny! We arrived at the hotel on George Street around 9plus in the morning (Aust time) after our plane arrived at around 8am (Aust Time). Boarded the plane at around 8plus (Singapore time). 7h flight and it was quite nice. My bro is still laughing at the trainee stewardess, Yuko. This Jap stewardess which was new and she couldn't really pronounce English words properly. So when she asked whether he wanted chicken or fish. It sounded like:" Chicky or fish?" Then he imitated her right in front of her and I think she heard it. :( Poor stewardess, she was so nice somemore. She kept smiling and smiling and smiling and she's like super pretty. The flight was good.

We ended up waiting to check in into the hotel rooms and I was so angry because we had to wait from 9plus all the way to 12 plus and they still didn't give us a room! My bro slept at the lobby like for 2-3hrs straight. While my cousin and aunts went to find the place that we were supposed to meet for the afternoon city tour. We went to Market City to eat lunch when we returned, we only got 1 room out of 3. Then, we were late.

So we ran and ran and ran all the way from George Street to Darling Harbour to find that office we were supposed to meet. I think it was super embarrassing because seeing 7 people run past you the first person being at least 70m away from the last person was funny. When we got there we were like wet dogs. The city tour was alright... so so. Our guide cum driver was GARY! (:

Second day

Breakfast was okay though the quality of the food was bad. Sigh.

Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Bee Hoon, Spaghetti, Baked Beans, Tomato, Porridge, Plain bread, Raison bread, Wholemeal bread, Apple Juice, Orange Juice, Coffee, Tea, 4 different types of cereal, Milk.

You expect their spaghetti, and western stuffs to be good. But, they were just disappointing. I wanted to cry. Because we ate this same food for 5 breakfasts straight. Being kiasu Singaporeans, for the next 2 days, we went down to breakfast being the first ones at 6.30am (Aust Time) which is like 3.30am (S'pore Time). So I woke up at 5.30am (Aust Time). Then for the following 3 days we went down at 7.45am instead.

It was Sand Dunes and Bondi Beach tour today! Sand boarding is super fun! It was just so hard to come up after going down the steep slopes. The sand was so fine and we had to step into other people's footsteps like rock climbing using our boards like hiking up a hill. It was so tiring I almost died. So I only went twice. My brother went like 4 times! Jie Jie went thrice, I think. I rather not go down, cause have to climb up. Sigh. But it was fun. The guide who was about 20 years old was super hot, ELEANOR! He drove this mini bus fitted on ultra big wheels! I think that bus is like modified or something. We went bumping up and down the sand and it was better that a roller coaster. Haha. WEET WEET! Then we went to see the sea. The waves were very very very nice! (:

Could say this was the 2nd best tour. (= Our guide was Gary again.

Third day

Blue Mountains! We went to get stuffs from the Candy Store! So much nougats and sweets and sweets and more sweets! Ah! It made me go mad! With the variety PLUS the price. Sheesh. The price was so x! Our guide was Malcolm. Oh my, his voice is so nice! Like a lullaby. Can put people to sleep! But cannot blame him, the trip there was like 3hours! And the trip back was 3hours too! And he told us the story of the 3 sisters. The 3 big mountains! The story is super cool! Then he was like:" Storytime, by Uncle Malcolm." in his lullaby voice. SO CALMING SO RELAXING!! AHHH... haha.

It was a whole day tour. While on the roads, all there was, was like sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road, sandstone, trees, trees, grass, road,....

We went to scenic world where we got to sit the cable way, boardwalk, and skyway. Nice! Ate lunch there.

There were some landmarks and Malcolm was talking about it. But sadly, have the time, maybe he didn't notice or he was used to it. That the people on the bus were SLEEPING. And who was he talking to?? The windows of the bus, the doors of the bus, the toilet on the bus, the wheels of the bus that goes round and round, round and round, round and round. Poor thing. We couldn't help it.

The blue mountain tour was super nice! We went on a heritage walk where we could see lots of gum trees and see the remains of a bush fire that happened 2 weeks ago. BOY, the smell was so stinky and it smelled TERRIBLE! Like burn smell PLUS this weird PUKING smell. Ew. My aunts were heritage-ing all around. HAHA. It was so funny! Heritage=Take pictures of the same trees, trees, environment, people, trees, trees, grass, plants.

We proceeded to Featherdale Wildlife Park later and I got my Kangaroo soft toy for $3.50 (Aust). Quite ex. But I tried to get the cheapest.... (: (: I saw my favourite WOMBAT! And lots of other animals. We had this passport and we had to stamp it with the animals picture when we reached the station. We got close up to koalas who were like sleeping and that place really smelled. Kangaroos were just lying everywhere just next to your feet and that whole area was filled with kangaroo shit. And we had to be careful not to step on it. Oh my, just what do they give their dearest kangaroos to eat!

Ate at Chinatown today.

This day was the best!

Fourth day

Paddy's Market today! Lots of stuff! Bought lots of NUTS! Like peanuts, cashews, YAOSONG! (:
We went to Darling Harbour then to Sydney Fish Market today. The food was very very nice! Then later, to The Rocks which was SUPER FAR! We had to walk along George Street for very very very long! Then we 'realised' we could have taken a bus or a monorail?!?!?!?!?!?!!?

The Rocks market was super nice! And we reached there around 4 only and the market ended at 5pm. We bought a lazy susie! For popo! It was like $158 and we bargained to $120. Haha. Super nice, it's that turning turning thing on the restaurant tables. (:

Posting pictures up soon!
